The challenge : To enable nearly 300 pilots with a complex schedule to follow a training adapted to their job, in order to improve their fluency when announcing in English.
Mission Accomplished : We created a tailor-made training course with the management, for which 30 dedicated English teachers were trained. We supported 287 pilots over a period of 3 months, offering them the flexibility and ease of use that their job requires.
Problem : Internationalize the teams of a fast-growing startup specialized in HR management. Increasing the skills of all salespeople and project managers up to a B2 level in English was a major strategic challenge.
Mission Accomplished : At the end of tailor-made training courses lasting 10 to 20 hours according to their needs, 100% of the team members followed have reached at least the target B2 level. All of them testified that they were now more comfortable and confident in speaking when working in English.
Problem : Support the prestigious hotel group in its language training activities during the lockdown period, to improve the skills of all its employees in advance of the return of international customers.
Mission Accomplished : After a personalized diagnosis, we set up tailor-made training courses with content and volumes adapted to each person's job. At the end of the training action, all the learners showed greater confidence in their ability to serve an international clientele.
